Arthur Stern Studios works closely with architects to produce award-winning glass work for public buildings. The City Center Dome in Oakland, California, is a 35-foot-diameter dome of white laminated safety glass which crowns a 70-foot-tall cylinder of clear and bronze plate glass. The band of leaded glass ornamentation around the circumference uses a palette consisting of black iridescent squares, white circles, and beige bands on a bronze plate glass field.
